GFS EH-TÜRWÄCHTER

The GfS Exit Control 179/1125 secures the emergency exit and allows it to be opened with just one single handle.
In the locked position, the GfS Exit Control 179/1125 secures the door handle; the door can be used in an emergency with a single opening movement. By pressing down the door handle, the GfS Exit Control 179/1125 moves vertically downwards, freeing the handle. At the same time, a continuous signal sounds. The continuous alarm can only be deactivated and the door guard reset to its original position with the help of a key. For sustained passage operation, the permanent release of the system is possible via the device key. The door can also be used individually without triggering an alarm by using the key with the change function of the door lock. This means: The door can be opened with just one handle in case of danger, but the alarm signal alerts to unauthorized use.

The barrier under the door handle is active. In an emergency, the door can be opened with one handle.

When the door handle is pressed, the Exit Control 179/1125 automatically shifts downwards. Passing through the emergency exit door is now possible. A continuous alarm sounds, which can only be deactivated by an authorized person using the device key.

Authorized persons do not use the handle but open the latch with the key to enter the door without triggering the alarm.

With the device key, the door guard can be moved downwards into a permanent release position without triggering an alarm. In this position, the door can be used normally, e.g., for extended goods transport.

As soon as the door handle suppresses the pre-alarm, an alarm is triggered. The alarm ceases when the handle is released. However, if the user pushes the handle down completely, it irrevocably triggers the main alarm and the door guard releases the handle.

The basic functions of the EH Wireless Door Guard are the same as already described. It is used when the signal needs to be transmitted to an external alarm system, whether at the gatehouse, in the nurse's or janitor's office.
