GFS SWING DOOR GUARD The door guard is mounted under the door handle in such a way that it prevents operation and thus secures the door handle or the bolt. The door can only be opened if the door guard is first swung to the side. It then locks in its inclined position and releases the handle's operating path. At the same time, a loud acoustic alarm sounds. This means: The door can be opened in an emergency, but the alarm signal alerts to unauthorized use. The responsible janitor, technician, etc. can only reset the door guard with a key and thus end the alarm. The door guard can be used for right or left doors. Pictograms on the door guard and on the door indicate the direction in which it must be swung. The swing direction is set by the customer using a notch pin (included in the delivery).
